Taufkirchner Pils, 5,2 %, Fläschchen von Ambrosetti (als Gratiszugabe!). - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase zunächst fein vanillesüßes helles Malz, erst danach schlanke hopfenwürzige Herbe, wenig pilstypisch (aber doch angenehm). - Antrunk schlank und knackig aber rund zitrusfruchtig hopfenherb; dahinter feine helle Malzigkeit mit milder Süße. Gut rezent, eher schlank, leicht trocken. Im Abgang saubere grasige Bittere. - Schönes süddeutsches Pilsener mit feinem Malzkörper und aromatischer aber nicht harter Hopfung. Gefällt mir. (5.2.2022.)

Bottle at Bräustüberl Taufkirchen, Taufkirchen, Bayern Friday 12th November 2021. Pours crystal clear, excellent clarity, mid gold with a nice white head. Nice bitterness, soft moutheel, this is really pleasant, bitterness lingers, dry back end. Favourite so far, excellent Pils.

bottle from the brewery. Clear pale yellow with a green glow, large white head. Hoppy nose. Light-bodied, shy malty base with lots of herbal and resiny hops, lingering hoppy finish. An elegant example of the style.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Light-sweet pale malty and slightly grainy aroma with grassy and hay-like hops. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malty, shy grainy and minimal chalky taste with notes of grassy hops, leading into a dry and mildly hop bitter finish. Clean and decent German Pilsener. 10.II.10

Bottle (kindly deliverd by joss!): Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, big stable fluffy head with an impressive lacework; distinctive herbal-hoppy nose backed by some sweet malt; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; noble hops in the dryish bitter-sweet finish. A very nice Pils.....

Bottle. Hazy golden, big white head. Generous amount of aromatic hops in the nose. Medium body, good chewyness, good hop-profile reaching from the dry grassy to flowery notes. Layered on a light fruity sweet body. Slight tropical retronasal. Scrumptious.
