Thanks Huhzubendah for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taaster showing lightly filtered peach with no head. The nose shows moderately intense acetic notes of apricot with lightly tart tomato. The palate is highly carbonated and light bodied. Highly tart that begins with light flavors of apricot that transitions into a slight tomato-like green note with more light apricot on the finish. Not my favorite dG but not bad.

Bottle share. Hazy golden color with a small white head. Big fruity nose with apricot and peach, just a bit of oak and a little of the sulphur. Lots of apricot fruit in the taste, moderate funk, and a little oak. Good level of sour and moderate acidity.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very apricot forward with some light citrus and pineapple notes. Hints of wheat and oak. Pours a hazy golden orange with a medium sized, thin white head that disappears almost immediately. No lacing or legs. Flavor is rather acidic with some moderate lemon notes and light pineapple. Medium high to high apricot notes with a bit of an unripe apricot character. Some tannins from the skins and barrel. Light oak and wheat notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice berliner, but a bit too acidic for me. Lots of acidity with a good amount of fruit to balance it, but not much of the base beer is present.

Bottle. Pours hazy peach, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly, no head or lacing. Aroma of apricot skins and pours, hint of sulphur, tart lemon, hints of funk. Flavor is quite tart, light funk, ever present apricot but not over the top like in some de Garde. Light body. Wife gives it a 6/10; perhaps there is hope for her yet in terms of sour beer!

750 ml bottle thanks to Marcelo. Pours a cloudy orange yellow color with a medium white head. A big sour oak nose, fresh fruit. The flavor is a mix...no a battle between sweet apricot and huge sour slightly funky notes. The sourness wins big time. Very sharp. Solid brew.
