One of our first beers – Atak Chmielu is an insanely hopped AIPA. Red-copper in color, full-bodied, with a bunch of citrus in taste and aroma. Citrus, floral, resinous, piney, fruity – thanks to the American hops! It has been brewed on 28th of March 2011 for the first time ever and became the very first AIPA brewed in Polish commercial brewery. This is how Polish beer revolution has started!

Ingredients: water, barley malts: pale ale, melanoidin, Carared®, Carapils®; hops (USA): Citra®, Simcoe®, Cascade, Amarillo®; yeast: SafAle™ US-05.

Bottle. Clear amber, offwhite head. Caramel, grapefruit aroma, mild tea-ish note. Caramely, bitter flavour. Bitter grapefruit, pine.

Handpump at Omerta. Light red brown colour with big creamy golden head. Aroma is caramel, lots of hops, bit floral, cat pee. Taste is good, very smooth, initial big bitterness. Calms down a bit further down. Pine and bit floral, lots of sweet caramel maltiness. Pretty nice.

Bottle from Schroppfy, thanks! Dark amber color. Melon, grapefruit and lychee in the aroma. Initial malty sweetness attacked by oily hops, lychee, pineapple, grapefruit and melon. Almost milky mouthfeel. Earthy hopbitter aftertaste. Good!

Pours with a thick foam.Red copper color.hops with quite a smooth aftertaste.reminds me of Brooklyn lager,but this has more hops and bitterness.maybe a bit straightforward taste.

Botella en vivalabirra Oviedo 01..07..2019. (r601) Color bronce, ámbar oscuro turbio con espuma blanca que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores maltosos y cereales con buena dosis de herbal lupulado maduro. Suaves afrutados. Final amargo algo resinoso seco, duradero. Cuerpo medio con bastante sabor. Buena, para repetir, llamativo el final amargo seco resinosos lupulado maduro.

Bottled, from eBrowarium. Hazy deep amber, rich head. Caramelly nose with dusty fruit. Sweet with oily mouthfeel and full body. Seriously caramelly with notes of pears. Resinous very bitter finish.
