From tap at the brew pub. Golden colour, small head. Floral nose. Pear, citrus, grain, flowers. Slightly bitter, floral and fruity. Medium carbonated. Medium body. One of the best Helles I’ve had.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Lots of pils malt in the aroma. The taste has subtle fruity and herbal notes set against a rich malt background. Nicely balanced and quite well done. Finish is initially lightly sweet before taking a mild bitter twist. Good stuff.

On tap at the brewpub. Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe, ordentlich weißer Schaum. Geruch leicht hopfig, würzig, getreidig. Geschmack sehr malzig, schön hopfig, würzig, leicht getreidig.

Draught at the brauhaus
Dark blond color, hazy, with creamy head. It had some malt and cereals, aroma and flavor, and ordinary bitterness.

Blumig herber Beginn, frisch, süffig. Herber werdend, das Bier könnte etwas aromenhopfiger sein. Knackig bitteres Finish, schöner Hopfenabgang. 11/11/9/11//11

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight grassy. Bitter, grassy and light hayish. Light crisp malt base. Bitter and medium dry finish.

(draught at the brewpub) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet and slightly yeasty pale malty nose with notes of grains and draff, accompanied by shy herbal hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Worty malt-character with slightly chalky notes and late arriving herbal accents; malty finish with residual sweetness and shy hoppy notes. 02.VIII.09
