Tastes leathery, earthy, peppery, grainy, some caramel. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and leathery notes. Drinkable, not overly great

Bottle from Spar. Rich, malty nose with grassy and herbal hops. Interesting and complex flavor, sweet caramel malt, toast, slightly nutty, bit of butter, hay. Herbs. Rather rustic and farmhouse in character. Slightly heavy body.unique and enjoyable.

Bottle 50cl as Vollbier Naturtrüb from an Interspar supermarket, Innsbruck @hotel room. Hazy medium amber colour, good creamy off-white head, slowly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma light toasted malts, grain, caramel, Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, caramel, hoppy notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, too sweet in the finish but quite nice.

50cl bottle from despar, Innsbruck, 1.50€ +1€ deposit. Pours bright amber color, almost clear, bubbly white head reducing to a light persistence. Somewhat fruity smell. Aroma of sweet malts, grains and straw, popcorn, vaguely fruity. Sweetish taste with some grassyness. Finish is short, clean. Not bad for a local microbrew

50 cl bottle @ Berggasthäus Sücka, Liechtenstein. Aroma has hayish grain and mild cereal tones. Flavour has cereal, butter, malt and hay. Nothing special but ok.

Das Bier wirkte wie ein Biobier, aber es ist eher ein Garagenbrauer-Bier. Es ist nicht filtriert und pasteurisiert und hat einen schönen getreidigen Zwickelgeschmack, auch wenn es ein wenig mehr Hopfen vertragen könnte. Ein Bier, das sich gut trinken lässt, aber mir schon ein bisschen zu urig ist.

500 ml flip-top bottle, bb 27.10.16, from a supermarket in Innsbruck.
Deep golden, clear body, with a big, frothy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of cereals, flowers, bread, honey, some hay.
Taste follows this, with more nice hayish notes.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bready, floral, a bit sweet, slightly herbal.

Nice one. Really quaffable and well balanced between nice floral, bready and sweet honey like notes. Feels pretty natural, with its rustic aromas, while smooth and clean at the same time. Nice surprise, characterful Märzen.
