On tap @ Owl Farm BK. Wine glass. Pale, straw, mostly clear but with a slight haze. Smells of pears, plastic generic apples & more offensive plastic. Generic apples, malic acid, pear sweetness, yeasty residuals, too similar to their other stuff. Good carbonation, slight chunkiness to it. Very meh.

On tap at Citizen, pours a clear pale yellow blonde, no head. Aroma brings out fairly crisp apple skins and light acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium sweet apples, light acidity and some apple skins. Finished sweeter than it starts. Simple but decent.

Bottle: Poured a golden color cider with nice carbonation. Aroma of light sweet apple notes is pleasant. Taste is a mix of fresh apple notes with some residuals sugar even though finish si mostly dry. Body is about average. Well-made cider with no chemical or fake tasting notes and good drinkability.

Draught at Friendly Toast, 2/27/16.
Bright waxy-golden body has just a touch of haze and plentiful carbonation creating a brief white cap of bubbles.
Appleskin, applesauce and some slightly tarter elements but generally quite controlled on the fermentation, it seems, with light vanilla and low phenolics. No alcohol or flaws.
Lightly sweet up front, rather delicate actually, with slightly loose carbonation leading to a significantly more dry finish that highlights dry apple skin, bits of tartness and just a touch of lactic-like character. No alcohol. Pretty good for a standard offering, can’t really expect their flagship cider to be funky, bone dry and such, as I like my ciders to be. Still, it’s too bad the general taste seems to prefer medium-dry, off-sweet, off-dry, demi-sec, whatever term you want to use. Let’s get more cideries with dry flagship ciders.

Many thanks to ThistyBird for this can! Pale, nearly clear colour, floral appley nose. The cider starts sweetish-intense. Lots of apples, lots of sweetness and alcohol. Sweetish-appley but a bit sweetish with not much depth. Sessionable, but therefor a bit too alcoholic.
