Tap at the source. It pours clear pale green - gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, sticky apple, syrupy, apple skin and white sugar. The taste is sweet, tangy apple, sticky fruits, some alcohol, earth, apple pie, white sugar with a dry, sweet apple finish. Medium body, prickly carbonation and sticky mouth - feel. A bit sweeter and stickier than there other stuff. Not sure on this one.

Can at Hen of the Wood. 7.3.15. clear almost white color with minimal head and no lace. Good apple aroma. Tastes fairly sweet, with a light dryness. Fairly clean as well, with a nice feel and soft carbonation.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a clear yellow color with the carbonation rising at a rapid rate.
The smell started off with a sharp tangy to semi-sweet apple.
The taste copied the smell and had no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a clear sessionability about it. Carbonation was felt, semi-sharp, but not overbearing.
Overall, standard cider, nothing over the top, do-able.

New England Bucket List Trip #189. Bomber from Winooski Beverage Warehouse. Pours a clear pale golden. Aroma of dry apples, mild earth, tannins, vanilla and a mildly sweet finish. The taste is dry apples followed by sweet vanilla and mild tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.

16oz can pours a crystal clear straw gold with zero head and some apparent combination. Nose is solid, apple juice, apple skins, a little buttery. Flavor is the same, sweet apple, some buttery apple pie crust, some green apple skin, a little champagne grape. Clean finish, not at all sulfurous. Nice.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on Easter Sunday. Appearance is a bubbly clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is a rich mix of apples and light cinnamon. Taste goes down with a nice moderate carbonation and a nice apple blend. Good stuff.

On tap, bright yellow crisply and clear. Nose is sweet and tart. Taste is incredibly dry, lovely sweetness that doesnt’ stick around. Solid cider and one I look to have again and again.

Draft @ Prohibition Pig. Half pint shows clear yellow. Light to heavy crisp apple aroma. Sweet and tart apple. It’s is an enjoyable cider but I have to admit, I have a truly difficult time trying to rate ciders. I just don’t drink them often enough to really compare and contrast.
