330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden to amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly resinous, piney and grassy-herbal, tropical fruity hoppy aroma with jelly bear character. Taste is slightly bitter hoppy, again mild tropical fruitiness with jelly bear character on grassy basis, a touch of gooseberry, pale malty background. Quite conservative representation of the Mosaic qualities.

Bottle @ home. Clear orangy color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is weird, some malts, diacetyl, old, dusty. Taste malts, dusty, cardboard, diacetyl and some bitter. Either it’s old, it’s a bad bottle or it’s just a bad bad beer.

Cask at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Lovely nose, good juicy tropical fruit notes. Light sweet flavour wtih more pleasant tropical fruit and citrusy hops, some dankness, faint piss. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Balanced finish with more tropical fruit aspect, light pale bready malts. A solid effort all around.
