Fürst Carl Josefi Bock, Fläschchen aus Mixpaket von Biertraum. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar. Immerhin passabel. (28.3.2021.)

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot mate! Cloudy pale copper in the glass with a more than one finger foamy head. Smells perfumed malty. Taste starts also malty, some darker grain in the background. Fruity alcoholic in the second row. Sweet caramel, grainy, pleasant alcoholic. Not bad.

Brown with a white head that soon turns thin and whispy. Aroma of mixed grains, caramel, very faint berry notes. Taste is surprisingly bitter the whole way through, finishing full of grains and a touch of buttery sweetness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation but slightly above average for the style. Okay.

Bottle. Clear amber/copper with a very small and short lived white head. Aroma of malts galore and dried fruit. Taste of malts, caramel, nuts, dried fruit and some herbs. Pretty balanced. Strong carbonation. Nice.
