Our Double Dry Hopped version of Melcher Street, this amped up American IPA features a heavy dose of Mosaic Hops. With a lively appearance of faded golden orange, DDH Melcher offers a massive nose of orange pulp, dried apricot, mango and passionfruit. The palate follows with additional flavors or pineapple and citrus sherbet. The delicate, biscuity malt character is contrasted with a gentle bite of floral hops and a dry finish.

Canned 02/19/26. Schenkt vrijwel ondoorzichtig vies geel, met een mooie hobbelige witte kraag die nog redelijk lang blijft. Bij het openen is de geur lekker dank, en deegachtig, in het glas is het nog steeds dank, maar er is ook veel tropisch fruit, met name passievrucht, ook wat deeg en ui. Retronasaal heerlijk dank, deeg, tropisch fruit, kaas, uien. Smaak is fris fruitig/sappig en wat bitter. Medium body. Vrij aards bittere afdronk. Ik begrijp dat er ook een versie met passievrucht is, wat een leuke gimmick kan zijn, maar eigenlijk heeft dit bier dat helemaal niet nodig, het smaakt sowieso al naar passievrucht.

Draught @ Aarhus Together, 2025. Pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Tropical and kind of greasy and filthy. Dank and earth. Grassy. The D hopping is not my thing and in this one it's evident.

Draft at Maloney's, 8/6/25. Fully hazy bright yellow with a foamy off white head that leaves strong lacing on the glass. Apricot, peach, and orange. Drinks balanced, leaning sweet. Slightly catty toward the finish. Plenty of flavor. Well made.

About as Mosaic-forward as an IPA can get. Huge waves of stone fruit, passion fruit, berry, and grapefruit are backed up by mild notes of bubblegum and tangerine, with a gentle hint of pine bitterness on the finish. Tasty.

Can from the fridge at Cloudwater Enid Street, at home in the garden, 29th July 2022, pours a very hazy orange, aroma is oranges, aromatic, pith and citrus, resin. Taste is orange, bitter and spicey pith and peel, green hops, dank, resin, there is some biscuity grains in the close, leading to a longer bitter and pithy linger. Excellent IPA.
