Mort Subite Witte Lambic is an unfiltered beer based on spontaneously fermented lambic. From the first sip, Mort Subite White Lambic seduces with its beautiful sunny color, its accessible fresh taste, its fruity character and its subtle aromatic nuances of coriander and curaçao (orange peel).

Glas gedronken op terras Vingerhoeds. Geel troebel bier met stevig schuim. Geur is zoet en fruitig. De smaak is plat en waterig. Weinig nasmaak.

Thuis uit een 25 cl flesje. Licht troebel gouden kleur, mooi wit schuim. Verrassend lekker, fris en in de nasmaak een lekker zoete afdronk. Prima.

0,33 l. Pours hazy light golden yellow with a finger of white head. Aroma is apricot and some sour raspberries, light banana, wheat, candy and some yeast. Taste is heavy sweet, very light bitter with some light sourness. Body is quite light, texture slick with quite lively carbonation. Finish is medium, fruity sweet and light sour. Hardly any bitterness at all. Strange one, more weizen than witbier with hardly any qualities of a good lambic. Beer tastes artificial and way to sweet for me.

One of those beer you just don't get around to trying, because of all the other, good, beers you have waiting in your fridge.
Clear dark blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, peach candy, sugary impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, yeast, bit chemical, sweet touch, peach flavoured candy, soft acidity, some lemon peel. Aftertaste: sweet, peach flavoured candy, some citric acidity, bit artificial.
