From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a thick and off white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity hoppy. Solid hoppy, sweet caramelish malty. Crisp grapefruity, slight pine. Bitter, hoppy and smooth fruity finish.

On tap @The Clifton Pub (Rome) with my sweet Pippi. Pours amber with a little white head. Aroma is malty with hops notes, grassy, spiced and light grapefruit. Flavour is balanced between malt sweetness and hops bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok.

THANK YOU RB PEOPLE! Sampled draft @ Hoppy Days! Light hazy golden, big creamy white grass. Nose is mellow grass, zest, low milky yeast, touch sugar but low. Taste is sweet grain, sugar, tad milky, toffee,… Milky & toffee body. Could be more expressive, less milky yeast etc. decent brew as it is, enjoyable enough.

Draught at Hoppy Days. Cobweb-lacing, off-white head over a deep golden beer with greenish hue. Dank aroma of moldy grapefruit, lemon zest, soggy white bread, passion fruit, overripe gooseberry, kiwi. Fruity but clean onset, passion fruit and green banana, medium carbo, smooth, grainy middle phase leading to a very hoppy ending both in terms of retronasal aromas (grapefruit and pine) and actual bitterness. Stout-hearted yet elegant, like so many Italian craft beers these days - I like this a lot.
