La Bonté is open fermented with our house Brettanomyces culture. This beer is then blended with a portion of Golden Sour and onto a half pound per gallon of Italian Plums. La Bonté is then aged in our foeder until it reaches perfection.

Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, citrus and plum. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long tart, funky, plum and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, oranges, plums and bretty. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 190716

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour plum aroma. Fruity malty spicy weak sour plum flavor. Has a fruity malty sour plum finish.

THANKS for sharing Travlr. 500 ml. bottle sampled @ Beer Temple during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Bottled 10.9.15. Hazy golden, little white head. Nose is mellow lactic, basic sour, low red wine, rather one, not much complexity, little fruit. Taste is mellow, low vague fruit, not very outspoken, some cereal, red wine candy, basic, low sourness, fruit, flowers, low funk. Substantial body, overall pretty vague, nothing wrong with it but it could use some complexity.

Sampled from bottle. Clear orange golden color, small white head. Smell and taste fruit, plum, sourish. Should rerate this at some point cause thus is quite nice. Lovely.

Bottle shared at Beer Temple. Hazy orange with a ring off white head. Aroma of light lactic notes, tart plum and mineral notes. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at BeerTemple. Hazy yellow color. Aroma of dusty plum and raisin. Taste is very softly sour plum, light dust and funk. Tasty.
