Bottle from the Shops at Dartington. Appearance - golden with gentle bubbles. Nose - earthy, slightly dirty honey. Taste - sweet honey not as dirty. Palate - medium bodied and a bit cloying. Overall - not so great.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear yellow gold with a short- lived thin white head. Aromas of dirty honey. Smell is quite unpleasantly medicinal. Taste is more of the same. Sickly sweet.

Bottle sampled at The Vanguard at 1000 Trades, pours a hazy blonde with a few bubbles worth of head. Aroma brings out light champagne, subdued honey, and straw. Flavour is floral, with subdued wildflower honey. Clean and nicely light. Decent session mead.

330ml bottle from Appleyards, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, no head. Aroma of medium-sweet honey. Oily on the palate, taste has distinct honey elements, though fairly light, with some floral notes. Soft carbonation, quite easy-drinking. Not bad actually.

Many thanks to Minutemat for this bottle. Sweetish honey nose, very round. The med starts watery with a nice fresh sweetish honey aroma - like honey-candy in dry and fluid. Great round, a bit weak and watery, refreshing and sessionable with a great honey fresh aftertaste.
