Süß-rauchiger Antrunk nach Birnen. Trocken, Geschmack nach den kleinen Aromenfläschen zum Backen. Leicht Vanille und Rum, steigende Säure, Moderat würzig. Merkwürdig, extrem trocken. 9/7/8/9//8/

Polypin @ Shrewsbury Steam Rally 2017. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma of moderately sweet perry pear fruit. Taste is acutely sweet, super tangy with a sharp tannic edge. A bit harsh if truth be told, but your palate does get accustomed to it.

From bottle, The Good Food Show 01-12-07 Poured pale yellow, on the slightly sweet side of medium, but nice pears on nose and in mouth, lovely fruity taste would happily have this again.

[Barrel at GBBF 2005] An unclear light yellow perry. The aroma is sweet and dominated by pears, while the flavor is sweet yet acidic and ofcourse with strong notes of perries, leading to a dry end. The body is thin.
