Stark rauchiger, moderat säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, die weiche Rauchigkeit bleibt prägend. Geringe Bitterkeit, würzig, hell herb. Spritzig, langer würziger Abgang. Gelungen. 10/10/9/10//9

Decent smoked beer. My friends enjoyed it a lot. I did not become a fan.
Deep nutty color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation level. Balanced sweetness. Smoked ham, bready and toffee in the flavor.

Fra fat på Lemke am Schloss Berlin 12 Jan 18. Mørk gylden. Litt uklar. Middels høyt tett & stabilt skum. Smaken lettrøkt svinekam. Balansert & god.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head head. Aroma of bacon, sweet pale malt. Taste of sweet smoked malt, bacon, grainy malt, low bitterness.

300ml draught at Brauhaus Lemke am Schloß. Decent off-white head, spotty lacing, hazy apricot coloured body. Smoked malty aroma, alright, mid-sweet. Moderate smoked malty flavours with hints of bread and caramel. Prolonged ending. Drinks well. Quite pleasing. (Berlin 12.01.2018).

Aldeles nydelig røykøl. Temmelig lyst, men med en tydelig men mild røykpreg understøttet av eik. Vidunderlig

“Lemke Eichenrauch“, vom Faß im Lemke am Hackeschen Markt. - Helles Goldbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase mildes Rauchmalz und zarte Anklänge an Zitrusfrucht und Honig. - Antrunk hellmalzig mit leicht zitroniger Note und einer störenden Note wie von Terpentin. Der Rauch ist mild und dennoch leicht kratzig. Milder rezent, leicht und frisch. Im Abgang schön zitronig aber nur schwach hopfenherb. - Nur mild rauchig, frisch zitrusfruchtig aber etwas unrund. Dennoch angenehm zu trinken.
