Many thanks to beerhunter111 for sharing! Smooth mild beginning. Grainy with a smooth yeasty back. Easy to drink but not too deep.

Dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is a chocolate coated banana. Taste is much yeasty sourness and chocolate sweetness. Some fusels in the back though. Medium carbonation, medium body. A little watery still. Some sensations of soap in the finish. Apart from that, very nice.

Brown liquid, tall rocky head. Aroma of banana, spice, yeast. Light body. Thin texture. The taste is pleasantly sweet with picant spiciness. Good light Weizen if you ready to forgive its thin body.

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a big but diminishing frothy off-white head. Slightly yeasty and sweet malty nose with a distinctively toasted touchm restrained fruity notes and rather harsh phenolic spices. Slightly bitter and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toast-malty, almost a bit burnt taste with subtle fruity elements; dry-ish toasty and phenolic spicy finish. Not a very balanced Dunkelweizen. 16.IX.08
