Tap at the Hallertauer Bierfestival, Attenkirchen. Herbal nose. Pale hazy yellow, offwhite head. Super duper, actual herbs, soup greens, interesting, light cheese toasted retronasal. Fun soup.

Bottle. Yellowish. Flavor is chives and mint. Garden mint. Lot of garlic. Lemon balm. Tastes exactly what it smells like - and thats a good thing. Sparkly. Very different. Interesting.

From bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, we had this after a day at Hallertauer Bierfestival weekend, Attenkirchen Saturday 25th June 2022 in the company of Jonas and Ursula. Pours gold with a slight haze and a white head. Huge herbal flavours, really imposing and yet it is a fascinating beer, almost like a pizza in terms of herbs, soft moutheel, a little vanilla. Very interesting.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear pale golden in the glass, small white head. Herbal smell. Taste has a lot of green herbal elements, little sharp freshness bit like a soft BBQ hot sauce. Interesting, drinkable and better than expected. But only once in a lifetime.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Spicy herbal aroma. Starts fine hoppy-flowery, more and more spicy notes, some herbs, grass, flowery. Light soapy. Finish well balanced. Interesting one!

33cl bottle as courtesy from the brewery. Thank you very much! Grainy beginning with herbal hints. The herbs are a bit in the back, the body is grainy and quite bitter. Refreshing, round and easy to drink. Herbal hints in the aftertaste.

330ml bottle [Thanks Gunnar!]. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy, grainy malty and slightly herbal aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty, dry and minimally bitter, peppery herbal-spicy. Nice.
