Bottle at home, thanks to Fin IIRC, 01/11/15. Lightly hazed golden with a well appointed egg shell white covering that retains well. Nose is mellow fruit, light spice, apple orchard, straw, candied fruit rinds, trace of yeast. Taste carries a light hop presence, orange, grassy, light spice, soft bread, apricot jam, light yeast tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough mellow Belgo affair.

Klare dunkel orangegoldene Farbe, ordentliche leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm fruchtig hopfig, trocken, leicht würzig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, leicht hopfig bitter, trockene Früchte, sehr aromatisch, lecker!

Bottle picked up in Brussels. It pours cloudy orange with a thick off-white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, cereal, toasty grass, sweet juicy peach, marmalade and a touch of spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, straw, bready malt, cracker, spice, citrus rind, lightly soap and apricot with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty well rounded and drinkable. Solid.

Bottle. From instagram trade. Thanks Kevin. Pours hazy dark golden amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Yeast, grassy hops, peach, lemon zest and straw. Bottled 9 month ago - I can only imagine how brilliant this would have been back then. Short grassy finish. This remains to be one of my fav breweries!

Bottle from Bert’s Bierhuis Biltstraat, bottled 05/08/14 BB 05/08/15, large sample. Hazy orange to amber color, big rocky off-white head. Aroma of slight citrussy hop, bit spicy yeast, slight caramel. Medium bitter in taste, slight cookie sweetness. Again well balanced stuff from de la Senne.

Pale brown with a light haze. Some sweeter notes of caramel are more than offset by a pithy bitterness and yeasty edge.
