Our fruit beer is a lightly tart American wheat ale brewed with Loganberry ( a hybrid of a blackberry and raspberry). We used 2-row and a blend of wheats to give this brew a light malt body, and used real fruit to add some color and sweetness to balance out the base beer. On tap at GABF. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head that dimnishes quickly. The aroma is strong wheat, cereal, berry. Medium body, tart berry, wheat, light acidity, good.

Tap into a shotglass showing caramel brown with sparse white foam lacing. The nose shows light notes of tea. The palate is light bodied and lightly carbonated. Flavors of light tea and malty sweetness. Not much else.

A reddish rosey ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light berries, grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light berries, a bit cloying, OK if a bit boring. On tap at Revolution Milwaukee location.

5oz pour at the Revolution brew pub pours a hazy amber with some ringing white head. Nose has cherries, mild sour notes, light candy, some fruit roll up. Flavor is all fruit roll up, strawberry, cherry, a little cherry candy. Lightly tart, watery finish.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy reddish color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty berry aroma. Fruity malty berry flavor with weak hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty slightly sweetish berry finish.

Draft at Revolution Brewing, Chicago. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of red berries (of the Logan variety I guess). Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Revolution Brewing, Milwaulkee Ave, Chicago. Poured a reddish medium amber with a thin off white head. The aroma is weak yeast and citrus fruit. The flavour is weak sour with an acid citrus palate. Lacks body and flavour.
