Unclear dark brown with a creamy head. Roasted nuts, cocoa, roasted malt, oat cereals, lemon zest. Malty chocolate sweetness, some dry bitterness. Light to medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty nutty finish. Not bad, but not a Porter.

Swing top bottle 33 cl. Pours dark brown with a vague, orangey tint. Sweet, vanillaish roast aroma, men quite delicate and faint. Rich, sweet roasted malts, a little licorice and a fairly low carbonation. Almost a dessert Porter! To the sweet side. 301121

ABV: 5.5%. Hazy medium to light orange - red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, sweet chocolate, cake - candy, sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dried fruit, fruity malt, sweet chocolate, sweet malt, thin, light cocoa - nesquik. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200326]

Bottle from Brewcomer, Kiel. Clear very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and roasted light bitter finish. Oily. 131219

Süßlich röstiger, karamellig malziger Beginn. Süffig, etwas zu süß um rund zu sein. Weiter Karamell, später leicht herb, mittellanger Abgang. Okay, unspannend. 10/8/9/8/9/9

Dark malty and minimally dusty, yeasty aroma, hints of cocoa, burnt caramel, minimally metallic, rusty overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty, notes of cocoa, burnt caramel, dark bread, rye bread, some rye spiciness, metallic, rusty overtones.
