Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, cloudy, medium-sized persistent and lacy head; sweetish-grainy nose with traces of vegetables; moderate sweetish flavour, nearly soft, light to medium bodied; sweetish finish with a returning touch of vegetables. Disappointing.......

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, light-amber colour with a huge and off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet cara-malty aroma with draffy and yeasty notes, accompanied by traces of hay-like, herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, slim bodied with a crisp carbonation. Discreet cara-malty and yeasty taste with a shy nutty and hoppy touch; moderately dry and slightly bitter-sweet finish. A bit boring and slim, but still a drinkable Keller-/Zwickelbier. 06.VI.10
