0.33l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', bottled in February 2021. Almost clear, deep ruby with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, pinkish white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of lemon, sour cherry and raspberry. Minimally sweet, quite sour, fairly fruity taste of lemon, rhubarb, sauerkraut, some cherry and a touch of raspberry, followed by a medium long, quite tart, dry and citric finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Refreshing but also quite sour, rather lemony than cherry-ish. Alright!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 20.07.2022) im 2020-10 getrunken. Diese Berliner Weisse kommt mit spritziger Kohlensäure und ein schönen Kirscharoma daher. Der Säuregehalt ist moderat und der Körper voll. Ein schönes, erfrischendesn Bier was nicht nur im Sommer überzeugen weiß.

330ml bottle. Clear, dark red colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, pink-ish head. Minimally unpleasant, biting, lactic, tangy initial aroma gives way to fruity notes of morello - hints of sauerkraut and ammonia remain, herbal-spicy overtones with a touch of thyme and lovage. Taste is mildly tart, fruity, minimally sugary residual sweetness, notes of cherry, hints of morello, a touch of sauerkraut and thyme; prickly carbonation. OK.

Bottle @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Smooth sourish fruity beginning. Easy to drink with fruity cherry parts in the back, the sourness is moderate, refreshing with a fruity dry ending with a nice fresh and moderate sour finish.

Bottle 33cl at Lemke, Alex, Berlin. Red, hazy with a minimal white head. Aroma of cherries and green sour apple. Light sour, light sweet with a mild but good cherry end. Not bad.
