Location: Drafts at Bull & Bear, 8/22/13
Aroma: The nose is light and hoppy, some grass, toasted malts, bread, and a little earth
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange color with a white head and good lace
Flavor: Tastes clean and malty, a little sweet, with some nice grass and earthy bitterness as well
Palate: The body is light, leaning medium, it is clean and smooth, with a very nice drinkability
Overall Impression: I thought this was a solid one. The components are all there to make a good APA, though it feels just a hint light on the nose and taste. It works nicely as a sessionable beer, but at the same time, it isn't bursting with flavor.

On tap at Uno’s Pizzeria in Chicago last summer. It poured a copper gold with a nice hoppy aroma. The flavor was citrus, some caramel malt and pine. Another solid beer from Goose Island but not outstanding, an everyday type of APA.
