0.75 l bottle from 'Brauerei Kemker', best before March 2021, cellared for over a year. Almost clear, orangeish amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish-fruity aroma of plums lemon and rhubarb. Hardly sweet, gently sour, quite fruity taste of plums, lemon and rhubarb, followed by a short, fairly tart, rather dry and a bit woody finish. Medium body, quite astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Refreshing Sour Ale, really pleasant initial aroma of ripe plums but tastes unfortunately rather citric and a bit monotonous.

330ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish fruity, minimally bretty, funky aroma, notes of prune, a touch of grape sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally bretty, funky, hints of unripe prunes, fruit acidic hints of unripe fruit in general, a touch of buttermilk, lemon, sorrel, unripe mandarine. Balanced, refreshing - nice.

Pruimen, zacht en maar goed dat het iets opgewarmd is, daardoor komt het extra zacht binnen, prima

Wild festival. Hazy pale golden with white ring. Sour grainy somewhat popcorn fleecey. Soft herbs, decent fruitiness. Not super exciting but definitely has character. Quiet and decent, quite profound. Feels like staring at the horizon during a hike. Lovely.
