7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale golden brown with a lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is of very sweet bourbon, wood, light spice, vanilla and a hint of nutmeg. Medium to heavy sweetness with light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad, but a sample size serving was enough as bourbon was bit too dominant.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, no head and aroma of boozey, bourbon, woody. Taste is woody oaky barrel, bourbon, slight wheaty hints, sharp boozy grassy. Medium bodied, low carbonation, boozy bourbon finish. Quite sippable.

Sample thanks to Kolshtrinker! Pours a misty gold, small bubbly white head. Big sweet bourbon whisky nose, some vanilla yeast. Taste is powerfully rich & sweet, lots of whisky that overpowers the underlying weizen character rather than blend seeminglessly. It settles somewhat, but still a little full on for me without a darker malt presence.

Süßlicher Beginn mit viel Bourbon. Dabei aber künstlich wirkend, Holz, Alkohol, minimal Vanille. Hefig süßer Mittelteil, weich, die Fasslagerung hat dem Bier nicht unbedingt gut getan. Mittellanger Abgang. Nja.. 9/8/8/7/11/8

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of bourbon, riped pale fruits, yeast and wheat. Taste of sweet bourbon, wood, yeat and riped banana. Good!

Bottle from the brewery. Fruity fresh nose. The beer starts fruity fresh with a nice and subtle beginning. Mild fruity, deep woody with lots of wood. Deep mild woody, bourbon, light sessionable with a fragile depth. Verny nice and complex.
