Yggdrasil, der Weltenbaum ist die Verkörperung des gesamten Kosmos und symbolisiert daher auch die Vielfalt.Einige unserer besonderen und vielfältigen Bierkreationen vereinen wir daher unter der dem Blätterdach des Weltenesche Yggdrasil.
Unser kupferrotes irisches Red Ale ist relativ schlank vergoren. Wir haben fruchtige Aromen von roten Beeren, welche sich mit dezenten Karamell- und Toffeenoten des Malzes harmonisch vereinen. Erst im Abgang dominiert der Hopfen und liefert eine nachhaltige, angenehm frische Bittere. Skál!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a rough, dead, off-white head. Toffeeish aroma, burned sugar. Medium body, biscuity and toffeeish malts, slightly nutty. Sufficient balancing hops. Clean and drinkable - if only the head had been more inviting. 100122

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white to beige head. Caramel malty, slightly yeasty fruity and tartish-herbal aroma, hints of red berries, taurine. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, yeasty fruity and minimally tart-ish, herbal, hints of red berries, a touch of taurine. Minimally creamy, watery texture, minimally dry, soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. A bit weird, artificial - not good.

Bottle. Pours hazy pinkish red with airy beige head. Muddled aroma of malt, caramel, yeast and whatever the abhorrent main ingredient in Red Bull is. Deafening, synthetic dry flavour, with mild hints of yeast. Sour, just appallingly sour aftertaste. Absolutely undrinkable. Not past the BBD. Just horrible as such.

Bottle, 5.3%. Lagery and acidic aroma, a little dirty rag. Cloudy chestnut colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is very acidic. Extremely lemony with a distinct blood and metal finish. Undrinkable. Not past BB date at all. Horrible.

Leicht eingetrübt kupferfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, malzig, fruchtig mit Karamell und roten Beeren, schwach säuerlich. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Tumeda merevaigu värvi. Hapukas, marjane, linnaseline, natsa happeline. Rohkem marjaõlu kui punane õlu, aga iseenesest pole paha.

Cloudy amber barely red. Thin very quickly receding head. Cherry aroma almost like a kriek. Very dominant cherry taste: had to check whether they were added (they weren't) Tart and thin on hop taste. Taste like a sour beer, although not specified as such. Kind of interesting but not a pleasure to drink. Might have turned bad.

Bottle from Kalea Advents calendar courtesy of Peggy. Auburn with a fleeting, frothy head. Aroma of berries and caramel. Mineral tones. Taste is mildly sweet, strikingly plain with not much at all going on. Medium bodied. Drinkable.
