Baderbräu Dunkel, Fläschchen von Getränke Kratzer, Dorfen. - Tiefes Kastanienrotbraun, kaum trüb. - In der Nase kerniges, mehr röstiges als dunkles Malz mit Anklängen an Torf und Asche, blasse Karamelsüße und feine herbal-orangenbittere Hopfung. - Antrunk kernig und sehr tief röstig-dunkelmalzig mit dunkler Brotkruste, solider Karamelsüße, Pflaumenmus und delikater herbaler Hopfung mit feinen mediterranen Zügen. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang leicht trocken, kräftig malzbitter und fein hopfenherb. - Kerniges, sehr malztiefes Dunkles, trotz ländlich-robuster Aromatik rund und gediegen. Erstklassig. Bottle picked up from a random shop in Wasserburg then consumed at home Sunday 19th June 2022 about to listen to The Bug Club - Pure Particles. before phone rang, preparing Prawn and Squid in a Asian style marinade, Loz is preparing Chicken with an Oregano and Oil marinade. Pours dark, murky brown with a small light beige head. The aroma is malty, a little beefy, super soft moutheel, a little mint, very tangy, malty, dark fruits. Good.

Bottle from Hausmann. Medium brown with a short lived tan head. Light cara and roast notes on the nose. Medium body, not overly sweet, great blend of nutty biscuit and mild earthy bitterness at the end.

100cl swing top bottle. A clear reddish brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of dark mild roasted malt, caramel, some chocolate. Taste of mild roasted dark malt, nuts, caramel, dark bread and hints of chocolate. Good stuff!

Schnapp-Flascherl (0,01hl): A bit unclear, deep ruby-amber coloured, slowly collapsing loose off-white head; moderate sweetish-bitter nose of caramel , dried fruits and toasted malt, blended with rural-barnyardy aromas and a very faint tinge of herbal hops; relatively dry, but quite light bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft; dryish, a bit ashy, a bit rural, but mainly caramelly and fruity finish with herbal-hoppy traces in the slightly lingering aftertaste. Unusual Tmavý, but very pleasant...

(swing top bottle, 100cl) Hazy, dark brown colour with a ruby shine and beige medium-sized foamy head. Rustic dark and moderately roasted malty aroma with notes of chocolate, caramel, leather, also hints of molasses and dried fruits. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly roasted, slightly juicy and molassy dark malt character with notes of chocolate, caramel, dark bread/Pumpernickel and cautious spicy hoppy notes; lingering sweet-bitter finish with notes of chocolate in the aftertaste. Very well-crafted Dunkel. 04.XII.17
