Bottle. Clear golden body with a small white head. Low carbonation. Aroma is apple almost a bit apple juice with clean apple aroma. Flavor is sweet and acid apple flavor. Pretty pure, clean apple, rather one-dimensional but OK without anything exiting going on. Medium flavor, medium sweet, medium acidic, medium body, medium all the way.

0,5 flaske (årgang 2019) innkjøpt hos produsenten aug-20, delt med Kitty: klar, lys gylden med et lite rødskjær og et raskt svinnende bruseskum. Deilig eplearoma og -smak med hint av skall fra røde epler. Elegant og oppkvikkende med behagelig perlende munnfølelse, mersmaken er selvfølgelig, og tankene går igjen mot Fridtjofens uforglemmelige cidertokt i Hardanger.

GYG 280718. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, oxidation, ripe apple. Flavor is apple, oxidation, ripe apple, grass, sulphur. Ordinary cider.

Bottle. A clear, still-looking golden colored cider with no head. Rather sulphury aroma, with ripe apples, some fresh apples and grass and hints of apple cores. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a tad more focus on the ripe apples than in the aroma. Lightly sparkling mouthfeel with some warmth and medium body fullness. A decent one, but too sulphury and thin. 180728

500 ml clear slimline bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Spontaneous fermentation. ABV is 7.5%. Golden colour, pours sparkling with no lasting head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of Discovery apples, apple peel, oak and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour with distinct notes of apple peel, hints of oak and sulphites.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet fruity, apple cores, ripe apples, grass, hay, flowers, apple peel, sorrel, yellow apples, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, grass, apple peel, sorrel, ripe apples, flowers, hay, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle shared with ASM at Kafé Spesial 04.04.18. Clear golden. Not much head. Aroma and taste of wild apples, apple zest, leather, wood and a hint of sulphur, some bitterness and bitter apple zest is lingering on.
