Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is brown malt with caramel, spicy yeast, clove, dried fruits, touch of nutmeg, toffee, raisins, nuts, brown sugar. Sweet flavour with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Pretty complex and balanced, quite similar to the equally fine Brune. I'd love to compare them.

Аромат не резкий но сложный. Немного специй, и темных фруктов. Цвет темно-красно-коричневый. Пена хорошая, имеется небольшой гашинг при открытии. Вкус очень ровный. Чувствуются специи, сладкие фрукты и немного ягод, сладкая карамель, темные фрукты. Хорошая кислинка при глотке. Послевкусие греет ваше горло, при это ощущается очень сладкая молочная карамель. В целом очередной добротный Бельгийский эль.

750ml bottle from Beermoth. Pours a brown colour with a tiny off white head. Aromas & tastes of dried fruits, caramel, yeast, spices, bread, sugar & malt. Medium body. Sweet malty finish. Very enjoyable

Bottle from HOTM. Pours a red tinged mahogany with small beige head. Aroma is promising with notes of caramel, malt, red wine, mixed dried fruits. Great depth of flavour with notes of dark malts, caramel, spice, grape, raisins, lime zest, minor vinous. Medium body, semi-fine carbonation, semi-dry, alcohol warmth on way down. Excellent.

Catada en cáliz, color magenta oscuro, muy turbia, corona de espuma beige claro cremosa y bien retenida. Delicioso y complejo aroma a malta tostada, ciruelas maduras, pasas, chocolate, vainilla, pan de centeno, plátano, caramelo, especias... En boca es sedosa, cálida, compleja, primer trago dulce con notas de malta tostada, frutos secos, fruta madura, pan negro, banana...el final es ligeramente amargo, seco, con notas de cacao y especias. Definitivamente una Belgian Dark Strong de alta calidad. Buenísima y deliciosa
