330ml bottle from Ieper. Pours a hazy amber, good white head. Aroma is spicy yeast. Taste is fuzzy spice, yeast, citrus hop with a floral fruity sweetness. Very refreshing.

Medium strength hybrid between blonde and saison, lightly gushing, resulting in a very rocky, towering, dense, snow white head. Clear and pretty golden robe with fierce sparkling. Fragrant, delicate, perfumey aroma of honey, lavender, star aniseed, tulips, chamomille, cake, bubblegum, vanilla. Crisp, refreshing taste, banana, pineapple, honeyish, light on the tongue but flavourful, elegant and supple, with retronasal aromas of aniseed and field flowers as well as a hint of pink pepper and a quenching light sourish touch. Lovely little beer!

Bottle: Golden, cloudy, stable mid-sized white lacy head, mild to moderate spicy orangey and citrussy nose, yeast, alcohol and herbal hops still detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering citrus-fruity and yeasty finish, some warming alcohol detectable. Nice brew…

Appearance: Clear golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Pine, perfume, spices, grapefruit, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Pine, grass, spices, floral, citrus.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig fruchtig, Citrus, würzig. Geschmack würzig malzig, Citrus, minimal bitter, hefig.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow colour with a huge white head that doesn?t last long. It?s like pouring lipton iced tea. Smells sourish, herbs and spices, fresh, somewhat malty, slightly lemon, yeasty. Tastes malty, sour, refreshing, slightly iron. Slighty thin body and nicely fizzy carbo. Could be worse, could be better.

Bottled. Dark blonde with a fine head. Peppery, spicy nose, fruit pie, ginger. Very strange. Spicy flavor, ginger, honey, orange, pepper. Too spicy. Full, silky body. Medicinal.
