Draught @ Buckleys, Sydney, Australia. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay. Flavor is light sweet, malt, hay/ish hops. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light sweet finish. 120317

Every thing is light, lightly bitter, light sweetness, light body, thin feel. Enjoyable enough, just nothing real exciting I guess.

On tap. Fruity pineapple nose. Hazy golden colour, white head, highly carbonated. Taste is bitter/creamy followed by lingering grapefruit. I can’t believe my local RSL has this on tap. Very good.

A basic and easy going pale ale. Lightly hoppy but not over the top bitterness. Decent malt roundness to stiffen up the profile of light fruity hops. Not bad at all but not memorable, either.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small, camy and white head. Aroma is citrusy and light grassy. Mild yeasty, bubblegum and mild citrusy. Lingering fruity and light citrusy.

Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of grass, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught as a middy size at Macquarie Hotel, Sydney, on July 16, 2013.Malty, herbal, mineral taste. Fruity aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium herbal bitterness. Cloudy straw yellow color, white head. Sweet, wheat, some esters scent.
