330ml bottle into schooner glass. Hazy orange/bronze colour, thin solid white head. Some carbonation visible. Slight aroma of caramel and light fruit. Good body, cleansing taste. Finish is short with a touch of malt balanced by fruity hops. Simple, subdued but nicely balanced.

Bottle. Orange amber, low offwhite head. Light papery malt, metallic earthy bittering hops. Medium light body. Clayish herbal finish. Did not get much of the aromatic hops - old bottle (bb feb 16)?

From a 330ml bottle on 22/10/2015. Pours a clear deep golden with a medium head. Has a mild aroma of caramel with a bit of fruit on top. Take a sip and there’s a decent dash of caramel malt, some indistinct fruitiness, and a moderate hop bittereness. I can’t detect any Sauvin in there at all. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Doesn’t really present as an IPA for mine, as it’s pretty light on for hops. More a just decent, malt forward APA.

Bottle 33 cl from Oak Barrel, Sydney, on July 17, 2013.Clear copper color, fluffy off-white head. Hoppy, fruity, resin, caramel, some alcohol scent. Hoppy, citrus, malty taste. Smooth, low co2 mouthfel, medium bitterness. Some yeast residue in the bottom.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear orange amber colour, large frothy off-white head and nice aroma of passionfruit & floral citrus hop. Taste is malt caramel with tropical fruits, tangy grapefruit and resiny pine bitterness. Foamy mouth feel, medium bodied, high carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable IPA.
