Tap @ De Engel Oldenzaal. Blonde, hazy. Citric grassy aroma and flavor. Almost herbal. Long grassy hopbitter finish. Almost metallic aftertaste.

Hazy light amber golden colour, white head. Aroma of butter, light malts, diacetyl, quite an off (schraal) aroma. Light sweet malty flavour, light butter. Finish quite off too. Did not finish.
The first time I really don’t like a Christoffel beer. Pitty.

Draught @ Cafe Becoloth, Boxtel. Hazy light orange golden color, full sized dense creamy white head. Aroma of malts, slightly orangepeel hints and even a hint of hops. Taste malts, slightly hops, medium bitter and again some fruitpeel hints. Medium carbo, low to medium body.

Draft @ Ledig Erf, Utrecht as beer of the month.

On tap @ In De Wildeman. Color is between blond & amber, hazy. White, rocky head. Aroma’s: Grassy hops, grainy, citrus, hopbitter, hint of maltiness. Flavor is rather bitter with some acidity and a hint of malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Finishes with a firm and long lasting bitterness. Typical Christoffel, somewhere between the regular & Nobel.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Almost opaque golden yellow colour, dense white head. Aroma is light sweet, typical Christoffel smell, malty, grassy, light candy. Flavour is malty, dry, some nice sweetness, light wheat, firm bitter grassy hop finish. Medium-bodied. It’s like a blend between the Blond and Nobel. And those are both really good.
