On cask at Five Quarter Peterlee - Thick amber coloured body thick white head. Nose is a a bit of butterscotch, caramel and a sweet malt. Taste is a bog standard caramrl and citrus with a nice bitter kick at the end.

500ml bottle thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Near-gusher. Probably infection. Clear enough copper pours, massive bubbly off-white head. Aromas of sherbet, lemon, touch sour. Gets right up my nose! Not in a good way. Taste is green apples and astringent malt. Shame, probably was a decent beer underneath.

Bottle from Crafty Pint. Appearance - very lively, golden with a massive head. Nose - slightly too sherbety, yeast infection. Lemon pith but sherbet too. Taste - green apple, then stewed apple, definitely infected. Palate - Overall - a shame, it was probably a good beer.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2014. Copper deep amber colour. An English ipa. Light chocolate and earthy hops. Fine. It’s an English ipa. Ok.

500ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Toffee, sultanas and dried apricot in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with biscuity malt, apricot, walnuts and peach detected. Quite nice, although not as hoppy as I was expecting it to be.

500ml bottle from the Crafty Pint, Darlington. Clear copper amber colour, thin off-white head and aroma of malt & toffee with a hint of roast coffee. Taste is similar malty with toffee and a roasted coffee note. Sweetish, with some bitterness through to a fruity dry finish. OK bitter.
