This beer is not for the faint-hearted! The use of NZ Nelson Sauvin gives a strong grapefruit aroma, whilst Australian Galaxy and Ella hops serve to provide a huge hop bitterness in the mouth and a long dry bitter finish.

500ml bottle from BeerRitz. Hazy yellow golden colour, foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of citrus rind, hoppy. Taste is biscuity malt caramel with tangy citrus zest and grapefruit bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry lingering bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and airy and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Light pale malts. Pithy grapefruit hops, little apple. Floral bitterness. Light dry finish. With a hop profile like this, I was expecting a lot more from this beer. Okay.
