Demeter Goddess of Spring and Fertility

In Greek mythology, Demeter is the goddess of the Harvest who taught mankind to sow and plough. Spring Breeze celebrates the gentle winds of spring which caress the harvest. It’s a Burnished Gold, Refreshing beer. It goes well with Pizza and Pasta.

500ml bottle. Clear deep gold amber colour, foam white head and malty, grainy aroma. Taste is malty, sweetish with some biscuit, dried fruits, citric tangy bitterness. Smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite OK.

500ml bottle from co-op supermarket. Light amber coloured with a little white head. The aroma is light, fruity and hoppy initially. The taste is again of fruity hoppiness with a slight citrus tang, and a long dry finish.
