The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.

From tap at Beern Geek Bar, Prague, with OGJ 05.11.16. Dark red. Persistent pink head. Strong aroma and taste of raspberries and cherries. A bit on the sweet side.

Pours a fantastic purplish-red from a bottle, big aroma of raspberries, may a little lingonberry. Flavor similar, syrupy sweet but with some tartness. Pretty good beer.

Intense (slightly syrupy) raspberry nose. The beer starts sweetish and easy to drink. Lots of intense syrupy raspberries (without being artificial). The Lambic aroma is hidden in the back, only hints of sourness there, refreshing and not too sweet. The body is full fruity, nice refreshing with hints of traditional Lambic in front of a huge layer of raspberry syrup. But for this not bad!

355 ml bottle. Pours a deep brown/red with light head of big bubbles that settles quickly. Aromas of fresh raspberries. Flavors of raspberry jam and citrus. Maybe a slight woodiness. No lambic here! Just a nice raspberry juice drink.

On tap at Brewdog Shepherds Bush. Pours a deep ruby red with a thick head. Aroma is raspberry and Greek yoghurt. Super fizzy in the mouth with huge raspberry flavours. If you like raspberries then you’ll love this, if you want a beer you might be a little confused.

Stupid hot in Toronto perfect time for this beer. Been in the cellar, aka basement for a couple of years. Nose is all juice, yep it’s raspberry. The taste as usual for these Lindeman lambic is heavy on the sweet, mild tart follow up. I’d hate this in winter, but damn perfect now.

Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, vörös szín. Intenzív, málnás illat. Savanykás, édeskés, málnás ízvilág. Könnyed, gyümölcsös, picit fanyar, közepesen szénsavas, de kicsit sok a savasság. Nagyon fincsi, igazi frissítő.
