Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Clear amber colour with a ruby tinge, thin off-whote head that dissipates away and dusty malt aroma. Taste is sweet malty, light roasty, fruity, caramel, tangy with alittle bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
