Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 21/06/22. Clear light golden with a good sized white cap as it goes for a cider, carbonation evident. Nose is sweet apple, tannins, sugars, caramel. Taste comprises more sweet apple, apple skins, balsa wood, tannins, sugars. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok crushable apple juice on a hot day but little depth offered and on the sweet side.

Bottle at home in Hackney, shared with the family. Pours crystal clear yellow. Fairly sweet, with lightly stewed apples, some salt, mild funky acidity. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish with some ripening and juicy apples. Not bad.

At the Fossgate Social, York 27/6/2018. Deep gold in colour, with a touch of fizziness. A solid cider with plenty juicy fruit, hint of sweetener and medium finish. Fine.
