ABV: 8.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, virtually no lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, yellow apples, floured apples, apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, yellow apples, floured apples, earthy apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20191011]

Bottle from Cider Barn, Godshill. Aroma makes me think of apple Vinegar, albeit without the vinousness. Clear gold. No head. Medium sour. Tart. Bitter edge. Peel and tannins. But all rather watery. Light. Thin. Watery. Flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Weak and Watery considering it's 8.4%. Probably better for cooking with.

17/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Godshill Cider Barn, Godshill, IOW. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma of semi-tart apples, light earthy sulphur funky notes. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a clear to golden with no head. Aroma is pungent crab apples. Taste is very green and earthy.

5 cL bottle from Godshill Cider Barn. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, juice and has a nice bitter green apple finish.

500ml bottle. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of muck, apple, sulphur. Taste is solventy, apple skins, with sulphur, alcohol plus some tannin. Thin bodied, high carbonation, chemically tannic finish. Quite unpleasant.
