Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet apples and pear. Flavor is quite sweet. Light dry finish. 230719

Dark yellow colour. Moderate pear aroma. Very dry perry. Average nice flavor. More like cider than perry. AVerage finish. Some barnyard notes. Oily palate.

17/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Godshill Cider Barn, Godshill, IOW. Pours amber gold with no head. Aroma of baked pear, brown sugar and light caramel. Medium sweetness with light tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a bubble head. Aroma is pear fruit. Taste is nice fruity pear.

5 cL bottle from Godshill Cider Barn. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, pears, fruits, little acid and has a nice sour finish.

500ml bottle. Clear yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of stewed pear, butter, hay. Taste is sweetish mellow pear, with wood, vanilla and a slight barnyard edge. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannic finish. Quite OK.
