ABV: 6.0%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, yellow apples, apple skin, vanilla, tart, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, tart apple, sweet apples, vanilla, wood, funky, yellow apples, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20191011]

17/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Godshill Cider Barn, Godshill, IOW. Pours bright gold with no head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, light caramel and tannins. Medium sweetness with light tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation.

500ml bottle. Yellow golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of sour apple, woody, barnyard. Taste is tart apple skin, woody, tannin with a sourish sulphury edge. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. OK.
