Sample thanks to Grumbo. Clear gold. Aroma is quite rich, golden, tannic, some varnish. Taste is quite sharp, rich, tart, varnish, moderate sour funk, oily palate. Good once your palate becomes accustomed to it.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a golden with a bubble head. Aroma is funky, tannin, apple. Taste is tangy apples, some tannin, moderate sweetness.

25/4/2020. Bottle from Darts Farm near Topsham, Devon. Pours almost clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, moderately sweet apples, touch of citrus and barnyard. Moderate sweetness and slight tartness. Moderate body, light sparkling carbonation. Dry, tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe online store. Golden colour, shortlived thin white head and aroma of sour apple & slight barnyard. Taste is dry tart apple, sweetish, with woody oak and an earthy barnyard-like note. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.

Bottle. Sour barnyard and apple cider/vinegar aroma. Golden yellow with mild effervescence. Dry apple and barnyard flavor. A homemade flavor - a bit rough.
