Single from New Beer Distributors. I'm usually opposed to ciders with extra fruit flavorings. Things like cherries & boysenberry can completely mask what you are really drinking. Apricot doesn't seem like it would play too harshly though. Maybe it'll add some extra tartness or faint color. Tulip pour. MGD body, almost. Maybe a single shade darker. Smell of dried apricots, potentially acidic apple juice & Lysol-laced booze. Taste is much better. Sweet yes, but double-y tart thanks to the apricots. Almost seems like it is indeed a preserved, dried fruit sweetness. Carbonic middle to front end. Apples come through on the back. Almost like Sweet Tarts; red delicious-like. Rich, but well cut by all the tartness & moderate acidity. More apricot as it warms, so drink it cold, less ye start having iffy childhood memories of trying to ingest potpourri. Faint yeast/chalk on the end, certainly dry. Fairly okay, but nothing crazy quaffable like we are always searing for.

355ml bottle. Pours clear pale gold, small persistent white ring head. Aroma has sugary sweet apple fruit. Taste is definitely on the sweet side with some subtle integration of apricot syrup. A touch tart, but just a bit too sweet for me.

355ml bottle. Yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple & apricot. Taste is apple, apricot, sweet juicy with a little tartness. Light to medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dryish finish. Quite drinkable.

12 ounce bottle, 4/11/15. Clear golden, thin fizzy off-white head, poor retention. Aroma of dry apples, strong cheese and a bit of apricot. The taste is apricots, dry and sweet apples, dried apricot. Thin bodied, high carbonation.

From a bottle does have some mild apri smell. Looks like any other pale cide. Taste is apply but some fruit in there. Goes down fairly easy. My bottle’s picture is nothing like the label here. Almost comes across like an artificial malt beverage, but don’t.

Bottle: Pours clear, very pale gold with a small white head. Apricot/peach aroma. Apple and apricot juice taste. Sweet, very little bite. Not bad......just OK.
