Bottle from Ashby’s of Salcombe, Malborough. Almost clear in appearance with a light carbonation. Much sweeter than expected with the elderflower the lead in this respect, also in taste.

Bottle @ Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Clear as watery with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, sugary, elderflowers and cucumber. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Sticky. 270717

Bottle @ Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Medium head with short duration. Color is tap water. Aroma and taste are cucumber, elderflowers, sugar, little apples and has a sweet elderflower finish.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear pale greenish colour, small white head disappears immediately. Aroma mostly features elderflower, don’t get much cucumber or apple. Taste is basically the same, light sweetness, much less so than I expected. Very refreshing. Light bodied, very easy drinking cider. Surprised by how much I enjoyed this one.

500ml bottle. Chilled. Clear watery with just a faint hint of yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of elderflower. Taste is fruity apple, floral, elderflower, slight cucumber, very sugary sweet. Thin syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, sweet finish.
