Sparkling medium cider, not too tannic but with nice prickle of acidity.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a decent frothy head. Nose - proper sour apple and apple skin. Some hay. Taste - more sour/sweet apple. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - lovely cider.

500ml bottle. Golden colour with a white foam head that quickly dissipates away. Aroma of tangy apple, honey, oak, vanilla, hints of sulphur. Taste is sweetish apple, apple skins, woody oak, bittersweet with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Quite OK.

How has there been no other ratings in the past 7 years?? Bought a bottle of this at the Lucksall campsite cafe, Herefordshire. A great well balanced medium with a delicious sweet apple aroma. Deceivingly strong.
