Profits from the cider will be used to encourage more community orchards to be planted with Scottish heritage apple trees and together we will make Scotland Fruitful. Bottle thanks to the wholesaler. Appearance - cloudy golden. Some bubbles. Nose - sweet and sour apples and a bit of overripe apple too. Taste - more on the sweet or overripe side this time. Palate - light bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - decent palate.

Bottle from Craigs, dregs run. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Aromas of sour funk, something rotten, apples probably! Taste is sour apples, chalky finish, sulphur. Odd.

Bottle at home . Light hazy yellow.. Thin white lacing... Soft sulphur.. Dry apple nose.. Over fizzy... Dry apple.. Light sulphur tones

330ml bottle from Hippo Beers. Batch No. 2. Hazy pale yellow colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple, hay, earthy woody, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple, tangy with woody oak, vanilla, barnyard, and slight tartness. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry light tannin and lingering oak at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home in ABZ. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is musty, funky, earthy, bitter - sweet apple pie, poached pear and candied fruits. The taste is bitter - sweet, tart, tangy, juicy apple, apple skin, musty funk, apple pie, a touch of acidity and light florals with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly. Nice tangy - funky action. Good stuff.
