A lightly sparkling Somerset vintage cider.
Our vintage ciders are specially pressed from the best apples of the autumn harvest. Before being matured for at least 12 months in vintage port and sherry barrels to fully develop the ciders unique character and flavour. The resulting cider is blended with our Somerset Dabinett cider to produce a lightly sparkling full bodied and well balanced medium cider.

500ml bottle from Perry’s online. Clear golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apples, oak, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple with lots of woody oak, some barnyard and drying tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Drunk on the train. Golden brown appearance. Aroma of caramelised apple. Taste is full-flavoured deep vintage apple flavours with woody vanilla notes. Lovely stuff.

bottle, vintage 2007, bought in Seaton (08/2010). Clear deep golden colour. Tart, lovely apple flavours with hints of wood/oak cask.
