Bottled. Black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is toasted, some tart/sour wooden tones, mild earth with some Akevitt. Flavour is roasted malts, some chocolaty tones with a nice tartish sour thing kicking in. Actually surprisingly smooth and easy going too.

Well stored bottle. Black body under a small beige head. Aroma is funky Brett with dark, mild roasted malt and coffee. Taste is acidic and sour with dark malt and all the funky stuff rom a Geuze. It’s a fine and balanced blend between a stout and a Geuze. Some akevett notes, but not much Cognac. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste of the same flavors. A successful blend indeed.

Bottle. Black. Roast, brett and grapes in the aroma. Hint of licorice. Sour, bretty, lambic like flavor with lemon, grapes and only a hint of roast. Hint of kummel maybe. An example how strong and dominating brettanomyces are. Great beer.
